The supplementary game of chance campaign “Olympic Casino 31” takes place in all OEG gaming halls from September 16 – November 7, 2024

The campaign’s total prize fund is €74,000 which is distributed as follows: €2,000 in each casino (23 casinos); €4,000 in the Park Casino slot hall, and €4,000 in the Park Casino table hall. 
€20,000 euros cash to be raffled in the grand final

•    A player has the right to participate in this supplementary game of chance and obtain supplementary virtual tickets playing for bonus points in slot machines and/or at the tables, according to the approved rules for this supplementary game of chance.

In slot machines

With a club card in a slot machine, one virtual ticket = 10 bonus points, with bonus points not deducted from the player’s account.

At table games

With a club card at a table game, one virtual ticket = 10 bonus points, with bonus points not deducted from the player’s account.

When starting to play:

Every registered client with a CLUB CARD who plays the slot machines or at the tables, regardless of bet, receives one paper ticket during each 12 hours of play.

•    The paper ticket must be correctly filled out – with a legible first- and last name, and telephone number. Illegible tickets are invalid.
•    Paper tickets are collected at the casino in the paper ticket urn.
•    Electronic tickets are monitored by computer system.
•    Tickets collected using bonus points automatically go into the electronic ticket urn. Each casino has a casino-based electronic ticket urn.
•    A client has the right and opportunity to check their bonus point sums and number of electronic tickets in the casino.

Prize issuance place, procedure, and deadline

•    The drawings in this supplementary game of chance, “Olympic Casino 31,” take place in every Olympic Casino in Estonia at 7 p.m. on October 17 and November 7. The grand final takes place on November 7 at 8:30 p.m. at the Park casino with a live video feed to all other gaming rooms in Olympic Casinos in Estonia.  
•    The campaign’s total prize fund is €74,000.
•    The drawings take place using paper - and virtual tickets collected since the beginning of the campaign.
•    A client must be present to win.
•    Exceptions can be made and power of attorney may be assigned. Power of attorney may be accepted up to 24 hours prior to drawings. A client may assign power of attorney in one hall only – it may not be assigned in multiple gaming halls. If a client has assigned power of attorney, then the client may participate in the drawing only in the casino where power of attorney has been assigned, regardless of whether the client is present in another gaming hall.

Intermediate prize drawings in both cases are €1,000 which is distributed as follows (with the exception of the Park casino):

•    1 x €500 
•    5 x €100

In the Park casino, €2,000 in prize money will be distributed both in the slot hall and in the table gaming hall as follows:

•    1 x €1,000
•    5 x €200

In addition to the intermediate prize drawings, grand finalists are also selected, five (5) different ticket owners are selected in each casino

Intermediate drawings take place October 17 and November 7, 2024, beginning at 7 p.m.

•    First, the five grand finalists are selected by drawing from the collected tickets in each hall. They are selected by drawing, alternating between drawing from virtual- and paper urns. The drawing begins with the virtual ticket urn. If the ticket owner is not present in the casino, then the next ticket is drawn from the paper ticket urn, and so forth. All five grand finalists are added to the grand final virtual ticket urn. The same procedure is followed during the intermediate drawing on November 7. In total, 10 ticket owners are selected from each casino. From the Park casino, 20 ticket owners are selected, i.e., 10 from the table hall and 10 from the slot hall. In total, 250 tickets participate in the grand final. 
•    Second, intermediate drawings are held for cash prizes. Six lucky finalists are selected by drawing winners, alternating between virtual- and paper ticket urns. Drawing begins from the virtual ticket urn. If the ticket owner is not present in the casino, then the next ticket is drawn from the paper ticket urn, and so forth. In the order their winning tickets are drawn, the finalists choose from six envelopes and the prize inside belongs to that finalist.

Grand final, November 7, 2024, beginning at 8:30 p.m. 

The grand final prize fund is €20,000 which is distributed as follows: 1 x €10,000, 1 x €5,000, and 5 x €1,000. The drawing begins with 5 x €1,000 and ends with the main prize of €10,000. For this the virtual ticket urn is used and the first name to appear on the screen wins €1,000. In this manner, seven (7) prizes are drawn. Winners must be present in an Olympic Casino Estonia gaming hall or possess the corresponding power of attorney. If the finalist is not present in the casino, then another ticket is chosen. 
•    Casino clients who have been banned may not participate in the campaign. If a client receives a casino ban during the campaign period, their tickets are no longer valid.
•    In this campaign, power of attorney may not be assigned.
•    Client identities at the time of the drawing are verified using the personal identity registration program Visitor. OEG casino personnel have the right to demand the presentation of personal identification. 
•    If a finalist is not present in the casino at the time of the drawing, or if it is not possible to identify the finalist, the finalist loses the right to play, and in their place a new finalist is selected in accordance with the rules of the game. 
•    Clients under a casino ban may not participate in the campaign. If a client receives a casino ban during the period of the campaign, their tickets lose their validity.
•    Client identities at the time of the drawing are verified using the personal identity registration program Visitor. OEG casino personnel have the right to demand the presentation of personal identification. 
•    If a finalist is not present in the casino at the time of the drawing, or if it is not possible to identify the finalist, the finalist loses the right to play, and in their place a new finalist is selected in accordance with the rules of the game. 
•    The prizes in this supplementary game of chance are paid to the winner at the OEG Estonia casino cashier’s window.
•    OEG reserves the right to offer additional prizes to participants.
•    OEG reserves the right to change procedures of the game, including the time and place, with at least one week’s advance notification. Relevant information will be posted in OEG casinos and on OEG’s homepage.
