FIVE STARS, the powerful summer campaign, takes place June 10 through September 12, 2024. It’s a campaign that unites the five casinos in our Lasnamäe and Maardu districts— Lasnamäe Centrum, Maardu, Idakeskus, Linnamäe, and Mustakivi.

•    This supplementary game of chance has a total price fund of €10,000, which is divided: 
    1 x €3,000
    1 x €1,000 
    6 x €500
    10 x €300  

•    A player has the right to participate in this supplementary game of chance, receiving a stamped ticket by playing slot machines in accordance with the rules of the game.

Slot machines:
Every registered client with a CLUB CARD who plays slot machines, regardless of wager, receives one stamped ticket.

Slot machines:
At the slot machines with a CLUB CARD, wagering at least €0.20, and receiving a bonus game (Game King Cleopatra Keno game and Spielol game Juicy Royale excluded) – one (1) gaming hall stamp per bonus game. If a client receives a new bonus game in the same gaming hall, then a new stamped ticket will be issued to him with a stamp bearing the gaming hall name.

•    An employee will issue one stamped ticket with which the player may take part in the supplementary game of chance. Casino employees have the right to forbid participation in the game if a player has not fulfilled the conditions prescribed in the rules.
•    With stamped tickets, the employee shall legibly write contact information in the fields of the form, including first name, last name, and telephone number. Once this is completed, the player has the right to begin collecting stamps on the ticket.
•    A completed, stamped ticket confirms the correctness of the information provided by the participant in the game, the participant's wish to participate in the game, and the player's acceptance of the game rules.
•    A stamped ticket is eligible for the finals only if stamps from all five (5) participating casino gaming halls are present.
•    During the campaign, a ticket complete with contact information and five (5) different stamps may be placed in the appropriate urn at a player’s favorite participating casino. 
•    Campaign tickets may be collected until September 11, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
•    Tickets which are incomplete or incorrectly completed, forged, copied, unacceptably disfigured, ruined, or acquired by dishonest means are invalid and the player may not participate in the drawing.
 

The awarding of prizes: place, time, and deadline

Final drawing

•    The final of the FIVE STARS supplementary game of chance takes place on September 12, 2024, at 8 p.m. at the Olympic Casino Lasnamäe Centrum (Mustakivi tee 13, Tallinn).
•    The identities of participants shall be verified in accordance with requirements of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act.
•    In order to participate in the final drawing, a player must be present at the Casino Lasnamäe Centrum, if the player has not given notification prior to the drawing.
•    All tickets which are completed in accordance with the rules shall be brought to the Olympic Casino Lasnamäe Centrum on September 12, 2024, where the final drawing will take place.
•    In an exception, a player may grant unnotarized power of attorney to another individual who may represent them in the game of chance. This written power of attorney, together with a copy of the player’s personal identification document must be presented no later than September 11, 2024, at 8 p.m. at a participating casino’s office.
•    If a client is participating in the drawing on behalf of another under power of attorney, the prize will be paid out to this individual only on the basis of a notarized power of attorney.
•    The identity of the customer participating in the drawing under power of attorney will be established only on the basis of a valid personal identification document.
•    Clients who have been banned from the casino may not participate in the game, nor may they issue power of attorney.
•    If a player is not present in the casino at the time of the drawing, or does not react to their name, or if it is not possible to verify the person’s identity, the player loses their rights to participate in the game, and a new winner will be chosen in accordance with the rules of the game. 
•    Conditions for winning this supplemental game of chance.
Winners are determined by an electronic wheel of fortune numbered 0 to 36. Tickets are drawn from the urn to identify two (2) ticket owners. If a ticket owner is not physically present, or their representative with the required power of attorney, then another finalist is selected through the drawing of another ticket. Both finalists are allowed to spin the wheel. The player with the higher number receives the monetary prize, and the player with the lower number a consolation prize. 
One client may participate in a maximum of two (2) duels.

Intermediate drawings

•    During the campaign period two intermediate drawings will be held separately at every participating casino. These will take place on July 11 and August 8, 2024.
•    Completed tickets which are brought to a participating casino on the day of the drawing no later than 8 p.m. are eligible for the intermediate drawing.
•    Power of attorney may not be assigned for intermediate drawings.
•    Players must be present to win an intermediate drawing.
