The supplementary game of chance “Car Campaign 2026” takes place in all OEG gaming halls and the OlyBet Estonia internet casino during the period of May 11 through September 10, 2026.

Prize distribution: procedure, location, and deadlines

INTERMEDIATE DRAWINGS 
Intermediate drawings in land-based casinos will take place during the campaign period on the following dates beginning at 20:00 hours: June 17, July 15, and August 12, 2026.

•    Intermediate drawings will take place in all Olympic Casino Estonia gaming halls on the following dates:

    June 17, 2026, for tickets collected between May 11 and June 17, 2026, with a prize fund of €27,000. €1,000 in prize money at every casino (in all 23 casinos), and at the Park Casino €2,000 in prize money at the tables hall and €2,000 in prize money at the slot machine hall.
    July 15, 2026, for tickets collected between May 11 and July 15, 2026, with a prize fund of €27,000. €1,000 in prize money at every casino (in all 23 casinos), and at the Park Casino €2,000 in prize money at the tables hall and €2,000 in prize money at the slot machine hall.
    August 12, 2026, for tickets collected between May 11 and August 12, 2026, with a prize fund of €27,000. €1,000 in prize money at every casino (in all 23 casinos), and at the Park Casino €2,000 in prize money at the tables hall and €2,000 in prize money at the slot machine hall.

•    Winners are chosen by selecting 5 lucky customers by drawing from every casino’s virtual ticket urn. The 5 must be present in the casino at the time of the drawing. The drawing begins by drawing for the smallest amount of prize money.
•    A customer may win only one prize.

Car drawing procedure on September 10, 2026
 

•    The jackpot final takes place on September 10, 2026, beginning at 20:00 hrs in the Olympic Park Casino (Kreutzwaldi 23, Tallinn) with live streaming to every other OCE casino:
•    All tickets collected between May 11, 2026, from 00:01 hrs and September 6, 2026, 23:59 hrs, will take part in the final drawing.
•    To take part in the jackpot drawing every virtual-ticket-holding customer must: 
    Have an account in any OCE casino. 
    Visit any OCE casino during the ticket collection period, or May 11, 2026, 00:01 hrs through September 6, 2026, 23:59 hrs. 
    Be present in any OCE casino and be registered on the day of the draw between 12:00 and 20:00 hrs, unless otherwise announced prior to the draw. 
•    Upon presentation of personal identification, a player may appoint another individual to participate in the drawing as their proxy. A written power of attorney, together with a copy of supporting identity documents, must be presented latest September 6, 2026 at 20:00 hrs at any OCE casino cashier’s window, unless it is announced otherwise. Power of attorney may be assigned in only one casino.
•    Customers under a casino ban do not have the right to assign power of attorney or participate in the Jackpot drawing. 
•    The Jackpot game will take place at the roulette table.
•    A randomly selected 37 finalists will take part in the Jackpot game.

First, one finalist is drawn from each Olympic Casino Estonia gaming hall (except the Park Casino) from among the virtual tickets collected in that specific hall, for a total of 23 finalists. The customer must at that moment be present in the Olympic Casino Estonia gaming hall where they have collected tickets or possess the appropriate authorization. If the customer is not present in any hall at that moment when their ticket is drawn, a new finalist will be selected in their place.
At the Park Casino, 2 tickets are drawn from the slot machine hall and 2 tickets from the table games hall.
From the internet casino, 2 tickets are drawn.
In total, 29 tickets are drawn across all casinos. Among these 29 finalists, a person may appear only once.

Thereafter, an additional 8 tickets are drawn at random from the general ticket pool, which includes all tickets (both from land-based casinos and the internet casino) collected during the period May 11 – September 6, 2026. A single participant may be included among these 8 tickets with a maximum of 2 tickets.

Tickets are selected from a virtual pool, where the customer card number and first name are displayed on a screen. The identity of the customer card holder shown on the screen is immediately verified using the Visitor customer registration system. OCE casino staff have the right to require the presentation of an identity document for identification purposes.
Customer participating in the drawing on the basis of a power of attorney are identified on the basis of an identity document.

Fortuna writes the customer card number and the first and last name of the customer who has reached the table onto a lottery ticket, places it in an envelope, and then onto the roulette table.
If a finalist is not present in the casino at the time of the Jackpot drawing, or does not respond to their name within 2 minutes, or cannot be identified, the finalist loses the right to participate in the Jackpot and a new finalist is selected in accordance with these rules.
The winner is determined by a SPIN in accordance with the rules of American Roulette. Before the spin, the tickets are mixed on the roulette table.
